The "Zero Ground Technical Renovation" reconstruction project for Xingyi fan is located in the Gengtou factory area of Zeguo Town, covering an area of 38000 square meters, with an estimated total investment of 315 million yuan. Phase I construction of 5 # and 6 # factories, planned to be completed by 2023; Phase II construction of 1 # factory building is planned to be completed by 2024. The overall reconstruction project is currently steadily advancing.

Secretary Zhu Jianjun pointed out that the shortage of industrial land is one of the factors restricting the development of enterprises. Taizhou City encourages and guides enterprises to implement "zero ground technological transformation" and expand their development space. Through zero ground technology transformation, the allocation efficiency and output efficiency of regional factors are maximized, which not only brings ideal development space for "zero ground technology transformation" enterprises, but also promotes their development on the highway. As a key backbone enterprise in Taizhou City, Xingyi Wind Turbine's construction of key projects is the "ballast stone" and "hard indicator" for stable growth and development of the enterprise.
